Doctors
Dr. Alison Yasso opened Circle of Friends 1998 3 years after she received her DVM from UC Davis. She is a proud mother of her son Connor and her many dogs, cats, horses and birds. She loves to ride horses and take her son to the skatepark.

Dr. Heather Connelly received her DVM from Western College of Veterinary Medicine in Saskatoon, Canada. She has worked here at Circle of Friends since 2018. She has two cats named Nala and Olaf and is a mother of her daughter Georgia. She also is a retired ski racer from the Canadian Rocky Mountains.

Dr. Lori Meinert received her DVM from the University of Wisconsin in 1995. She has worked at Circle of Friends for relief from 2012-2018 and has been full time since 2023. Dr. Meinert has a Chihuahua named PeeWee and Maltipoo named Angel. Before working with small animals she has worked with horses. Her favorite pass times are Geneaology and adopting old dogs.

Jamie Spencer
Jamie Spencer has worked at Circle of Friends as a Kennel Tech, receptionist and Vet Tech since 2007, and was promoted to manager in 2020. Jamie has 1 Maltipoo name Lambchop and a Quarter Horse named JJ. Jamie enjoys taking JJ out in Orange Park for her free time and her favorite dog breed is a Chihuahua.

Luca
Luca has been Circle of Friends’ fearless CEO since 2021. He has no kids nor pets due to him constantly working and dedicating his life to this practice. You can find Luca lounging in the bed up front and greeting all of our guests and clients. In his free time he enjoys being a good boy.

Viviana Mosqueda
Viviana is an RVT who has worked at Circle of Friends since 2020.
Brylee is a Veterinary Assistant who has worked at Circle of Friends since 2020. She received her BS in Animal Sciences from Cal Poly Pomona and is planning to further her education to become a Veterinarian. Brylee’s favorite dog breed is a Doberman and she also teaches dance at DSAPA in her free time.

Mary has been at Circle of Friends since it was opened in 1998. Mary has one cat who was rescued as a geriatric named Kate. Fun fact about Mary is that she is the individual who came up with the name Circle of Friends.
Theodora has worked at Circle of Friends since 2019. She has 4 dogs, a German Shepard named Nikoleta, a Husky named Sasha, a Silver Lab named Kronos and an Akita/Chow mix named Koda. She spends her free time with her son R.J. and loves to watch him play sports.
